AGENCY SERVICE FEE: A 20% agency service fee is added to each booking.
HOURLY BOOKINGS: Two hour minimum at model’s hourly rate. Length of job must be specified at time of booking. Model must be paid for length of time booked. That is from “Call-Time” to end of session.
MODEL CARE & SAFETY: Provide adequate dressing facilities on all bookings. That models are treated with respect and professionalism, and that all necessary steps are taken to ensure their health and safety. The Client shall ensure that the Model is protected and maintained at all time while providing services to the Client and the Client will take all reasonable steps necessary to ensure that the Model is treated in accordance with all applicable laws and good industry practices.
DAY BOOKINGS: All day bookings are computed on an 8 consecutive hour basis. Day rate must be specified at time of booking and cannot be changed after the model has arrived at the job. The full day must be paid even if the entire time is not used. Half-day rates will be based on models being booked at 4 hours.
CANCELLATIONS: 24 hours prior to booking – full fee. 48 hours prior to booking – half fee. Bookings that are reduced in time within one working day before bookings – full fee of original booked time will be charged. If travel expenses have already been incurred by talent, compensation is required upon cancellation regardless of time-frame. If booking is postponed, negotiations may be arranged.
WEATHER PERMIT CANCELLATION FEES: The weather permit option must be stated by the Client at the time of the booking, Cancellations or postponement requires at least 24 hours notice, otherwise a 50% charge will be made. First postponement: no charge if job is rescheduled within 7 days.
USAGE RIGHTS TERMS: All content of the Talent are permitted to be used only for what is negotiated in the original discussions and agreements. Any further usage is not permitted, including farming out or trading to other companies or people, or posting on personal websites, blogs etc., unless previously agreed to and put in writing.
ADDITIONAL USAGE AND LICENSING FEES: The fees agreed upon for a booking are based on the specific usage rights negotiated and outlined in the initial agreement. Should a client wish to use any content featuring the models for a purpose not originally specified, or for a longer duration than originally agreed, a separate licensing fee will be incurred. This includes, but is not limited to, extending a campaign from one region to multiple, using print materials for digital advertising, or re-using images for a new campaign at a later date. This is an industry standard practice that protects the intellectual property and earning potential of the models and the agency. Clients are advised to carefully consider all potential future uses for the content during the initial booking process to ensure all necessary rights are secured upfront. Any unauthorized or extended usage of a model’s likeness beyond the scope of the original agreement is a direct violation of these terms and will result in additional charges and/or legal action.
MODEL RELEASES: Model and talent releases must be sent to the agency in advance of the booking date.
PAYMENT TERMS OF INVOICE: Our terms are Payment on Receipt of Invoice. Model payments in California are governed by California State law. Not trade practices. California Labor Code sections 201.6 and 204 require that print shoot models be paid their wages earned and unpaid at the time of termination by the next regular payday, as designated in advance by you. Labor performed between the 1st and 15th days, inclusive, of any calendar month must be paid for between the 16th and the 26th day of the month during which the labor was performed. Labor performed between the 16th and the last day, inclusive, of any calendar month, must be paid for between the 1st and 10th day of the following month.
